SAIA, n. o., as the Programe Operator of the EEA Scholarship Programme Slovakia organised the Final Conference that took place on 25 January 2017 in Austria Trend Hotel Bratislava.
The Programme started in February 2014 and during 3 years of its implementation many quality partnerships between educational institutions in Slovakia and donor states have been established and developed. In the years 2015 and 2016 have been implemented 21 projects of inter-insitutional cooperation between higher education institutions and upper secondary schools in Slovakia, Iceland and Norway. 83 students, PhD students and academic staff from all involved countries - Slovakia, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, undertook mobility within 4 mobility projects. Objective of the conference was to share and transfer experience and best practice as well as outcomes from the projects to other institutions from higher education sector and upper secondary/vocational education sector and the education area in general. Participants also had the opportunity to learn about the perspectives of future cooperation in the new edition of the EEA and Norway Grants in Slovakia.
Registration of participants was open until 18 January 2017.
